I usually spend a lot of time creating travel documentation for our trips. This app delivered by EcoChile, a great travel company handling tours to Patagonia had everything, literally everything you need to keep track of your trick. Daily calendar of where you are what you are doing, options, what’s included and what is not, along with restaurant and sight seeing suggestions for when you are on your own. But the best part of this app is the ability to communicate with everyone via email, telephone or text. My wife was on the trip with a friend and I was at home tracking everything on the app. If I asked the agent a question via text I got an answer promptly. My wife was able to ask questions too and the EcoChile staff became more like friends than vendors. Combined with the use of Kakao Talk, a Korean app like WhatsApp that allows you to make and receive phone calls for free anywhere in the world, this keep me and my wife in touch the whole trip and allowed me to interact with the travel staff as well. I’m going to try to learn how to program this app to the same level for our future trips. Highly recommended.

This is a fabulous app to use while you were traveling . The travel agency that I was using for my trip in Portugal suggested that I download this app. All the detailed information was right at my fingertips. All the detailed notes for the day, along with pictures, and the appropriate times and name of the tour operator was right at your finger tips.

It was easy for me to share this information with the rest of the people in my travel party. And one of the best features, is that this app allows you to directly communicate with your tour operator, either via chat, email or or a phone call. Will definitely use this app for future travel

Great app especially for a longer trip. Easy to use. Lots of details. I liked that it real time updated the airline flights with on time or not and gate information. Icons were helpful for a quick glance of what was happening that day (flight, hotel check in/out, tour). Suggestion for improvements - 1) tabs where you could see a just list of accommodations, or just a list of lights, or just a list of tours with confirmation numbers, etc. 2) add an option for a calendar view
