Review of Trinity patient access

In my opinion this ability for patients to view their own medical records is a wonderful thing to be able to do.
Also my doctors can look up my medical records and see what has been going on with me health wise without me having concern myself with keeping notes and remembering to mention something. I don’t know if it’s just me but so many after I left my doctors office I remember something I wanted to tell him or her. Now the important things are right for the medical staff to get a total health picture.
I would have liked to have given 5 stars but where ever Trinity gets its information on what prescriptions I am taking isn’t correct most of the time it’s only a few that are off but it’s a constant problem over the past two years.
One thing I would like to see some easier way to contact a few of my doctors whom Arron the St. Joseph Campus in for example the Riechart Health Building. It seems since I signed up for Trinity Health web page through then called St. Mary Hospital I am unable to get into St Joe’s without setting up another site that has to be wrong yet it is not explained clearly how to get to the IHA Medical Building or Trinity hospital in Ann Arbor formally St. Joe
As far as most of my doctors have listed on the site making easy to contact them or read the last report or check on my results from testing. It’s giving me the ability to feel more in control of my health and I like that a lot.

Amazing staff

Lacks has amazing nurses and doctors who make you feel like they are truly there to help you and not just get you in and out… on to the next patient. They have really great communication letting you know how long each treatment will be that you’re coming in for. The only thing I would say is sometimes they are a bit slow on prepping meds. We made a point to make it to each appointment early so we didn’t have to wait for labs or wait for meds to get mixed but it still never failed. Time after time we’d end up waiting for meds and we always arrive as early as we could. Still really like the groups of doctors and nurses at this facility they really do work hard to make sure you have what you need and that you’re doing well through your infusion.

Great App for medical

The App is so much better than previous ones Trinity has used. This way I get to contact my doc directly rather than calling the office and trying to explain what I need to a nurse who has no idea who on earth I am or what’s going on with my health. I love that I can request med refills easily through the app. I get appointment reminders, I can make appointments, can see the test results and can even email billing when there’s been a mix up with BCBS. I’m telling you that this app saves me time on the phone and is absolutely the way to manage your health. When I caught Covid, the app allowed my doc to stay in contact with me while I was isolated and because all the docs you see regularly through Trinity/Mercy are listed, I was able to send my Neuro an email letting them know I had to cancel due to Covid…and given I had no voice at the time, the email ability alone was worth it’s weight in gold! If you’re a Trinity patient I highly recommend this app.
