Description

A roguelike hack and slash RPG exploring a 50-story tower. In a detailed pixel art world, build your own character and go for the top of the tower by solving mysteries.

The tower of Triglav consisting of 50+ floors. Go for the top floor where the princess is captured, by searching for keys that open the doors to the next floor, by solving mysteries, and by defeating creatures.
In this unique world created by richly detailed pixel art, create your own unique character by combining items of over 3,000 types.

This is a smartphone version of the RPG released as a web game in 2002 and has been played by over 500,000 players.
Many audio and visual effects, such as sound effects and music, have been added which were not included in the original version.

■ Features
・A game which the player completes 1 floor at a time. Aim for the upper floor by obtaining the key that opens the door to the stairway.
・Besides the floors inside the 50-story tower, you can also search around the variety-rich world including the underground and the map area outside the tower.
・You'll be able to play smoothly by using only simple tap and swipe actions.
・Illustrations and symbols will guide you through the quests and the story without relying on language.
・You can create various play styles by combining equipment like weapons, armors and accessories in different ways.
You can create characters freely. For example, you can make a character of the same class into a “defense type” who is hard as a wall, a “hit-and-run type” who prioritizes inflicting damage, or a “special type” who attacks enemies using special attacks.
・Except for some of the online limited functions, you can play the game offline after you have downloaded it.

■ 3 Master Classes
You can choose your character from the 3 master classes.
・SwordMaster: A class equipped with a sword, a shield and a great balance of offensive and defensive skills
・AxeMaster: A class equipped with a two-handed axe and the power to defeat enemy with a single blow
・DaggerMaster: A class equipped with a dagger in each hand and excellent agility

■ Shared Storage
You can store the items you have obtained in the Shared Storage and share them with your other characters in the same device.

■ Puppet System
When the character is defeated by an enemy, the puppet will die in its place. If you don't have any puppet, the character will not be able to revive.
Puppets can also be used as items to strengthen the character's status for a given length of time or to recover life force.

I like in overall

I enjoy the aesthetic of the game!
The movement could be more fluid.
The collision boxes could be tighter for things like fire and other objects. I could be standing next to a fire and die from it. Or by that very same fire move and the movement ends up going another way/stopping causing me to die in the fire.
I get stuck on things like corners and tables. The lack of inventory space is hindering but I'm enjoying finding out what’s next.
The special ability also seems to not make a difference.

Crucial Section ,

Precursor to Dark Souls

This game’s level design /puzzles /items /atmosphere all feel like a 16 bit version of Dark Souls. You can tell they put a lot of effort into this. Combat is mediocre /bland/basic but everything else keeps me coming back for more. The entire game is beatable without micro transactions but I went ahead and bought some extra storage to help out the developers. Give it a shot and don’t be put off by the simple combat, everything else is amazing!

To the Devs: Thank you for releasing this game on iOS!! It’s one of my favorites!

Surprisingly Good

When I downloaded this game, I thought it would just be another of those which I downloaded, played for a few minutes, deleted and forgot.

It started off slow, and I was not really impressed with the combat, to be brutally honest. Nonetheless, the further I progressed into the tower (and below it as well), the more hooked I became.

I don’t know whether it was the gloomy atmosphere, the looting (though it was a bit of a bummer that equipment wasn’t visible), or the EXQUISITE level design, but I truly appreciate the game.

*** It might not be a good idea to play this at night though. It not scary or anything, but it has that addictive “nightmare-inducing” vibe that few other games have.***
