OK but I’ve used better

This app refuses to allow you to take a pic to add to your claim. You 1st have to have the pic on file on your device, even thought when you set up a claim it gives you the option to “take photo”- IGNORE THAT or you’ll have to start all over again. Take your photo 1st. So irritating. Also does not support FaceID for signing in. Not sure if this is still an issue but when I had to 1st sign up for my account about 1.5 years ago it required a different ID/ password for signing up and using via the web vs. the app (yes, what I mean by that is the app has different sign in info).Beyond this it works well. Fast and accurate reimbursements.

Great!

It took a bit of time to get used to it but once I did it was easy. I can submit claims online without a problem. Some reviews have said they can’t take a photo—you have to choose one from your files, but I do every time. It has never crashed on me and I get my claims submitted quickly. I also like that there are different views which can be used—pie charts, bar charts etc.

Too many errors

I have submitted claims for my healthcare savings, but then it is denied because it shows ineligibility since the system is trying to take funds from my dependent care account. I’ve had to call several times about this issue to get it fixed but it still has not. I’ve also been denied claims because it shows ineligible funds - the system was trying to take it out from the previous plan year which obviously has no funds. This is the first year that I’ve had issues with this app. It’s very frustrating having to call membership services to get all of these issues resolved especially when the wait on the phone is so long!
