I logged in but my car information is not shown in the app. Why does it keep happening? Sometimes it works but sometimes don’t. Bad app! Delete it

How can I log in when I’m receiving a “ we can not confirm device” message.
Many bugs
Unable to close some trips. I get a page that asks me to fill out any extra charges or tips. When i hit submit it does nothing.
