Can't believe it's FREE!!

This app is nothing short of amazing and the best part is it's completely free! I think this app is especially great for someone who is freshly starting their weight loss and journey and doesn't know where to begin . This app not only gives you yummy simple recipes for no cost but you also get a wealth of information to help you succeed. They set up a 28 day program that has a video for the topic of the day along with a workout of the day. This app gives you tools so you're not stuck trying to figure it out but also can get going with your journey while on a budget. It's also a great way to see if you like the way Chris Powell teaches transformation and lifestyle changes and if you love this then you know you will love his other app too.

Added bonus 🌟you can can shop any of their delicious supplements on their app as well.

Wonderful App

I half expected this app to be like all the others- change your diet immediately and do lots of exercises. I am pleased that the SWAP method is easier to follow. Some other plans are not free and have expensive alternative recipes. This plan is free and easy to swap out. I have not purchased the shake replacement meals yet because there is so many other options in the recipe file. Thank you for helping make the transition easy and fun. I really like the workouts provided. They are challenging but not too difficult to want to stop. Today is day 5 and I can see finishing all 28 days.

I first n foremost want to thank U for the app !
I actually started by listening to the Trainer tips n answering questions.
As it was 10p n I wanted to see what was in it. ... it's 1100p now n just listening to the trainer tips ... I am sooooooooooo excited n know that I will b using my app program n all its features daily.
I am legally blind n find myself reluctant to go to gyms alone, I walk with my guide dog ... n actually fell for first time in years walking ... as the sun had blinded me completely n my Talon got distracted trying to figure out what a little dog was barking at ... apparently a new addition to our walking route.
That alone ... made me start looking for apps I could afford n be faithful to.

U got my attention immediately when I quickly was going to view the menus ... I am still with the trainers n looking forward to all the other menu items. Thank U for giving me something to get interested in n anxious to review the rest n start using the rest of the app.
