At Transcendent Wellness our goal is to offer you
a broad range of yoga classes, mental health counseling, and therapeutic bodywork services that will help you feel excited about creating your own personal wellness.
Situated in downtown New Bern, NC, we
incorporate a variety of practices in movement, breath, and meditation.
We know that self-care is not a one size fits all
experience, so we help each one of you find the right combination of yoga, Barre, and meditation classes, counseling sessions, and therapeutic services for your needs.
