I find the app is user friendly.
Although, I would like to be able to add two categories when opting to reimburse. My receipts are for eyeglasses AND co pays.
Review
Minimal customer service access. Difficult to navigate reimbursement submission with the app. Most times wants your to reset a password with no explanation.
Almost as bad as their debit card
Among the least pleasant parts of medical interventions is the awkwardness and poor integration of TPSC FSA.
