Communicate quickly with typed or preset instant messages or recorded voice messages.

Hold down the SOS button on the watch to call the designated emergency contact and send an alert with location to the Primary account holder and all designated Guardians.

I find this watch and App so helpful and useful. My 7yr loves it and so do I. We moved a lot. And we can’t trust people. And knowing I can keep an eye on him and it tells me when he leaves a safe zone and enters a safe zone is very helpful. I am able to message him and see how he is, I can call him. Etc. the only thing I don’t like is it dies very quickly. But the schedule and tasks are AMAZING!!

Not great

I have three kids and bought each of them a watch and use the app to manage each one. Unfortunately the account with Timex seems to reset whenever the app updates, and I have to set up each watch again— which is NOT a simple or fast procedure. Can please update app login with FaceID, etc and fix the saved set up issue described. Also , the watches themselves are inconsistent. I had one replaced after 1 fall, and a second one has now stopped receiving calls or initiating calls and texts are very slow and often don’t send or receive at all. Normally I don’t rank time to write reviews, but contacting T-MOBILE support for this likely becomes a long explanation that they will not bd able to solve or blame on TIMEX.

App ok. Construction is horrible

The app has been working well. It took some getting used to when the alert notices wouldn’t go away immediately. Learned we had to check the alerts, back out of it, and then go back in to the alerts. Otherwise the red alert doesn’t disappear.

The 1-star rating is from the construction. The construction is not suitable for a child that does anything other than play video games inside. Two of the bands used to hold down the end of watchband broke the first month. The other followed after a couple more months. The clasp for the band broke today after 10 months. There is no place to order a new band. T-mobile sends you to Timex. Timex sends you to T-mobile. If your going to sell a wearable product...provide a way to replace parts!
