App is easy to use and does what I need when getting tickets on the go.
Limited performance & lots of errors
The TicketManager app is extremely limited compared to the website and does not help an average user identify clearly select from the different ticket options: company owned, market place, or ticket exchange. With the low frequency of use for the users it is unrealistic to expect them to remember the minute details between these categories. We have several errors with over allocation of tickets due to app errors. We also have errors with our company owned tickets being sold out yet still displaying as available for another user to purchase.
Trading data for convenience
Shared experiences are what drive our business relationships. InviteManager gives us transparency around our customer entertainment investments. We are now able to identify areas of waste so that we can drive more business!
