Download from the Apple Store doesn’t work
I had a very long line to stand for the car check in so I tried to download the app to see if I can shorten my time at the counter. Nope, the app didn’t work, the line was 40 min and the check in was long…
App Won’t Open
The app won’t open and creating the account on the website was cumbersome at best. If I can’t use the app to schedule a car, at least email me the digital membership card.
No App No Rental
Thought I could outsmart everyone and download the app from their website. It failed saying it’s not in the US App Store. I’m not renting a car from any company that doesn’t have an app to manage my reservations.
