This app is life changing.

ChatGPT is a generalist. This app is a mastered specialist in CBT.

It just.. works. I only expect it to improve over time as the developers continue to innovate upon their already very powerful therapeutic tool.

Since chatGPT came out, I’ve been hoping for someone to tweak a version of it integrating psychology toolsets. This CBT app is pretty much the best version of that I’ve found so far. I love how the developer is innovating and tweaking the tool’s intelligence and usefulness its with every update.

The thing that makes this paid app different than just using the general chatGPT interface are tons of little quality of life tweaks and the behind the curtain training that equip it to know all the ins and outs of CBT therapy without getting sidetracked with buggy problems and going on tangents that the main app is known to have.

Great app! Looking forward to using it for years to come.

seems well set up and helpful

I just downloaded this app but I really like the way it’s set up and it looks very promising. I am hopefully going to be able got get myself into the habit of consistently using it, because I think if I do, it will definitely help boost my self esteem and improve my mental wellbeing overall.
