This is a great idea for an app and much needed information right now, but a few improvements could be made for an easier interface:

1) currently shows only a street address for available items, and you have to zoom into the map to see the store name, which is not always clear.

2) availability info is very vague - no timestamp on when an item is marked available at any location. ie: “Hygiene supplies available” - what kind? I would not take a trip to the store if I didn’t know when a tip was made.

3) the map shows “need” icons with a location without a way to contact the user, unless they add the info themselves in the comment.

4) how do you edit a post/tip after you share one?

Very helpful app and I apologize for my earlier review, I couldn’t figure it out and was cranky!

Thank you for your review. This is a community-based app, so as the number of users in your area grows, there will be more posts.

1. Zoom is fixed.
2. Timestamp is added for every post. It is up to the user who posts whether they want to add specifics on what items are available. We are actively reviewing posts to add more categories.
3. We soon expect to add an in-app chat feature.
4. You can edit your posts by tapping on them and the update option.

Great idea, but needs some work. There is no way to delete a post that was done by mistake. Also, I agree with prior comment, we need to know when available item was posted. You mentioned timestamp, but timestamp is not visible from what I can see. Relying on users to update comments with date/time of availability should not be necessary if you can display the timestamp when posted. Also, maybe a cleanup of available posts older than a certain timeframe (say few days) would allow most relevant to be displayed without clutter. Thanks for your work!

Posts are deleted periodically so they stay relevant. The timestamp is available in the new update, which will be ready to download very soon. Apple is taking longer than expected to review the update.

App only crashes now when I open it on my iPhone 11. I know the dev is tweeking so will change rating when fixed.

The goal is to keep the posts relevant and they are automatically deleted after a certain time period. As of right now, posts get deleted after 5 days.
