What is Soul Care you ask?

In simple terms, it’s self care, but deeper. A practise of slowing down, going inwards, and nurturing, healing and connecting in all four bodies - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Why do we do it?

Because as you nurture into each body, you start improving yourself. When you improve yourself, everything around you starts improving…that’s why!
