Too cutesy, no depth.
Was looking for information on stored cars. You'd think that would be in the section on cars. It isn't.
Overall navigation is clunky. Animation of train blocks some text.
Save Your Money
I was excited about the planner, most of the other info is on the wiki and is not worth the dollar. Unfortunately it's just a map of the world which you can draw on. I really wanted to be able to virtualize my routes, see how much fuel each route takes so I don't have to waste money finding the right engine etc. Also the app is pretty buggy but the layout is cool. Wish they would put effort into this guide and make the planner really good plus fix the bugs, but before then don't buy.
Helpful and cute
Yes, the guide is a tad flawed, and it would have been nice to have it when I first got the game. But it's very helpful. Some of the stuff in sort of guessed at a d figured out by trial and error is now clearer. And these guys have a cute sense of humor. For $.99 it's a major bargain. Game is still silly and ridiculously addictive. Thanks.
