Description
The Motor Chain is a better way to document your classic or collectible vehicle. Simple, intuitive, and secure, the app allows you to upload your car’s entire history, share its documentation with others, allow garages to update the service history and document restoration, or industry organizations to certify its authenticity - all in real-time.
With 10% or more of your vehicle’s value determined by the state of its documentation, TMC provides a better solution than binders, books, and papers.
The application is available in English, German, Spanish and Italian.

Great opportunity but needs work
You cannot delete or correct anything you save. If you make errors trying to use the app you’re stuck with false information and no way to edit it. You can’t delete a car and start over either. If you buy a car set it up in the app then sell it the history stays in your file. No way to archive history.

You can actually work in Draft mode and only when you are 100% sure you got all the information proceed to close and stamp the entry in the car's history. If you still had made an error you can contact our team which will proceed to validate the request and proceed with the change.
Yes, you can delete a car and start over. You will need to move the car back to Draft mode, removing the chassis number.
Yes, you can and actually should transfer the car to the next owner using the Share button. Both owner and buyer must be registered and their identity validated to execute the transfer the car's ownership.
