Need help understanding the app

Hopefully someone here can explain, I downloaded the app but no deals pop up around my area. Just wondering why? Do I need to go into every store I visit and ask if they are on this app and add them someway for them to pop up next time I open the app? Would really appreciate an explanation!! Thank you

Hi there and thanks for reaching out!

Currently the way our app works is you have to be on a retailers list to receive their deals. The reason behind this is because the retailers we work with don't want to share their subscribers with other retailers plus your phone would go off constantly if you were automatically on everyone lists for deals.

If you want to be added to certain retailers to receive their deals, you can reach out to us direct through the message feature on the app and we can accommodate you by adding your number to different retailers.

Good App, but...

I like the fact that I can get daily deals, but the app needs a lot of work. You can’t get rid of the notification on your Home Screen. There is a constant number on the app that no matter how many times you open the app or deal offered it never goes away unless you take off notifications. Please update and fix.

Thank you very much for this feedback as it is very helpful. When it comes to notifications this is actually controlled by the OS and not the app but we are going to look into it and try to come up with a solution.

Also this is a brand new app that just came out a week ago that will be evolving very quickly with many new features we think you will be very excited about.

** Update 3-18-21
We just pushed a newer version of the app 1.0.2 which should fix this issues with the notifications. Once Apple approves it, please update the app and let us know if this resolved the issue with the constant number on the app.
