Better going to the website
Having developed apps in the past, I can never understand apps that are not any better than a Web app. The complete point of building an app is to provide a better experience than the website. But this app has clearly been designed by an ab design company with little to experience building apps. The experience is clunky. The registration is clunky. The checkout is clunky. Little things like not been able to copy a credit card number directly in make it difficult to use. The password requirements are from the 2000s. More more than the apps today, having an integrationwith Apple Pay for example making it easier for the user. I won’t be using this app again as it simply easier to go to the website so the company behind us has just wasted their money.
