GREAT IMPROVING
This new version of the updated app is more powerful and functional
It’s fine.
As an average banker, I had no issues whatsoever with the old app. This one? It’s caused a few issues. I got signed in (eventually). My husband? Can’t create and access his own account at all. Has tried customer service, has read all of the “how tos” and still cannot get in. Also, learned today that you have to enroll your account for mobile deposit. Wasn’t aware of this and tried to deposit my check only to discover that I now I have to wait for “approval” of the enrollment. Extremely frustrating. I feel there should have been a walk through once you *finally* got signed in of things like that and the text alert re-enrollment… because now I'm sitting here not knowing when it will get approved and needing to deposit my check NOW. Have also seen complaints about the text system not including merchants names. Which feels like a step backwards? I’m sure it’s great for people with loans and mortgages and multiple accounts through Texasbank, and any change like this is bound to cause confusion. Just feels like if you are going to lock people out of the old app and toss them into a new one, the least that could have been done is FAQ page specifically regarding the shift. To answer important questions like, ya know, how long you can expect the enrollment approval to take so you can deposit your checks mobile like you’ve been doing for years prior to this.
Bill pay
This new app has a problem. Can’t change the recurring amount for one month only in bill pay without changing all of the other recurring amounts
