Thanks for a great reminder
I am 82 and unable to roll the bins to the curb so I got the app in order to send a friendly reminder to my daughter and son-in-law so they can get a reminder to help. So far I haven’t seen an easy way to forward so I do a screen shot and send that with a message. However I really like the reminder for me. I wish it came earlier in the day as it takes me a while to get trash and recycle out to the bins.
Fun and practical
Because we are a small family, our bins typically do not get to their maximum capacity, which means we often have to skip weeks at a time. We lose track of what needs to be rolled out to the curbside. Opening the app alleviates that dilemma.
Not quite what I expected
I was hoping to use this app primarily for a quick & easy way to pay my bill and view/make changes to my profile or account. I still haven’t figured out how to do either through the app. The online bill pay feature just shows a blank window when I select it. The calendar, game, and search (where certain items go) features seem to work fine, but I don’t really use them. I’m enjoying the actual waste service, but the app hasn’t helped me much. ☹️
