Useless app
Would give 0 stars but it won’t let you. Couldn’t connect my X500 at all. Followed all the instructions and nothing. Spent over an hour trying everything including internet searches and instructions there. WeBack app worked fine but very frustrating.
Good app, not so povered in range
While in wi-fi range application worked without noticeable difficulties with it, away from range desynchronisation had been happening regularly, important to have a saved room map for a fast sett up.
Liked product overall.
Love my vacuum, app not so much.
I’ve had extreme difficulty with using this application to pair with my S6+ robot vacuum. Splitting my WiFi into discrete 2G/5G SSIDS and following the video guides on Tesvor’s website haven’t produced a success connection. It’s quite frustrating.
Please fix the application pairing process.
