Ratings and Reviews
At least the best app in Montenegro
There is lack of features like making payments by card in app, clunky search in map, lack of cars. But it’s the best taxi app in Montenegro, the cars are clean and drivers are polite.
Bad Service Overall
Had a good experience a few times but mostly when you order it they either cancel last minute or drivers are unprofessional. One Tesla I drove recently had also a broken interior and looked dirty inside. My suggestion would be to inspect every car since its a premium service and find professional drivers who do not play loud music or drive unsafely. I know its not easy to find good drivers these days but a premium company should have an excellent HR manager.

Taxi drivers are not professional every time I ask for a taxi they never come
I'm tired of ordering this one and not having a taxi available.
the taxi drivers on this app are all lazy and don't want to work they never come when I contact them,
I'm tired of asking for taxi several times and they never come in i see several cars available near my area but none of them ever come because they are lazy and don't want to work
