Take control of your comfort with the app that lets you control your TEMPUR-Ergo™ adjustable base.
The TEMPUR-Ergo™ Premier Adjustable Base includes a virtually unlimited number of ergonomic positions along with soothing massage. With 3 zones (head, foot and lumbar) and 4 program choices (standard, wave, synchronized wave and pulse), you can customize the massage sensation to your preference.
Connect directly to the base or set up the app to control your TEMPUR-Ergo adjustable base through your home network, eliminating the need to manually switch between wireless networks.
Compatible only with TEMPUR-Ergo™ Premier and TEMPUR-Ergo™ Grand (v2) adjustable bases. Requires functional, installed Wi-Fi module included with the aforementioned products. Not compatible with the TEMPUR-Ergo™ Advanced or TEMPUR-Ergo™ Basic adjustable bases, or the first-generation TEMPUR-Ergo™ Grand adjustable base. Desperately needs more development
2 months ago spent 8 grand to buy top of the line product. Works great with remote and app worked for 2 days with no problem. Called tempurpedic for support and answer was to remove and reinstall app and power cycle power base. Worked again for 1 day. Now will not connect unless I power cycle bed and only then will it work for 3-5 hours. So frustrating. Please spend some $'s and fix this connection issue. I'm using both an iPhone and iPad and it's the same issue. A timer and alarm would be nice too.
Does not connect to home network w/iPhone 6s+ using iOS 10.0.2
App will not integrate Tempur-Ergo Premier WiFi module with home network.
Update on 3-Oct: I did finally get home network mode to work with iPhone 6s+ running 10.0.2. Had to reset the WiFi module by pressing its reset button until its red LED came on. When setting up the app for home network mode, I got a list of available WiFi networks, which it didn't give me the first time I tried the set up. App definitely needs an update. Does not even give a readout of the current levels for elevation or massage. Thus, it doesn't even offer what the wireless remote offers, so why bother? I can just as easily pick up the wireless remote as I can my iPhone. Needs readouts and a timer at least.
Unbelievably Easy To Set Up & Use
To those who are not able to rate this app - Read the friggin instructions in the Tempur-pedic Ergo Premier Manual (emphasis added)!!!
I have a split King and was able to find the correct wi-fi module for each platform and switch each user's iPhone and iPad to the home network immediately afterwards with no problems.
What I loved about this app the most? My wireless remote memory settings were already there on the iPhone ready to go. One less object one the nightstand. Thank you Tempur-Pedic.
