Tempe 311 is an interactive app that is designed to encourage and enable real-time access to city services and information. Do you have a question, comment or want to request a city service? You can use the Tempe 311 app, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can report anything from potholes to streetlight outages to graffiti and beyond from anywhere, and the app will automatically know your location and ensure that the request is sent to the appropriate city department. This means your service requests will be responded to quickly and efficiently, so that you can stay informed and get your issues resolved.
This app can be used to view the city's social media, keep up with city news and call 311 with the touch of a button.

Ratings and Reviews
Inoperable on iPhones
iPhone users can view and start requests but cannot submit due to text blocks being blank. Most of the questions that have text blocks attached for more information are not available to answer or even see making the request incomplete and not able to submit.
Several Difficulties Using App
I was trying to report a dead animal on roadway, for pick up. After searching the app, there is has no option for dead animal, so I used general questions. Trying to stick the location pin doesn’t work. This app isn’t user friendly. It took so long to submit, that the system errored out and I had to begin again. Again, if this app isn’t user friendly, you can’t expect residents to use it. I finally submitted under residential code compliance. Received an email response that didn’t make much sense so I called again. Had to delete app, and reinstall because it said I had no connection. Wasted my time and effort today! Tempe can do better!
Garbage app
This app would be great if it worked. Whenever you submit a request, there is no way to comment on it. When it’s completed, you receive an email but can’t open the related request because it does not pull through in the app with a “request not found” message.
