The TeMo Care program is designed to help you understand the cause of your neck or back pain, prescribe treatment to get you feeling better faster, and provide support along the journey with help of our care coaches.

- Get a referral for imaging and physical therapy locally if needed
- Get prescription medications if needed (opioid medications will not be prescribed)
