Today i’ve faces a weird situation, i went to bank du caire atm located in rehab new souq sharqy to withdraw 200 egp , the atm took my money and restarted as there happened to be technical issue occurred while withdrawing, hence no cash out happened from the atm also my balance has been deducted those 205 egp, i tried to contact the bank and telda CS with no hope to return my money, all they say is wait 15 working days to get ur money back, in other word, “forget your money” this is a scam process every one should be aware and stop using this service as it has a lack gap to even handle their complaints and their customers .
