TCP MobileClock is part of a workforce management solution that is meant to make the day-to-day easier; everything an employee can do in the app is granted by managers. This helps you make your employees more efficient by ensuring they have the mobile tools they need to succeed in today’s dynamic working environment while you continue to manage their access and avoid confusion.
TCP MobileClock also allows you to leverage Geolocation and Geofencing capabilities. When an employee punches in using the app, the corresponding location can be easily seen on a map view for managers. And with Geofencing, managers can even designate an employee’s access based on their location. As with everything else in our system, these settings can apply globally, to groups of employees or to specific employees.

Not showing schedule at bottom
Some of my employees are able to see a “schedule” button at the bottom and others don’t have that option.
Frustrating
We’ve used this app for hourly employees and all it’s done is cause frustrations. You can only clock in if the app is working that day, and there’s no guarantee of that. I went over a month of not being able to clock in on my phone, and there was no update or promise of it being fixed. There are days when they have what they call “scheduled maintenance” but they give no warning of these times when the app is down, so there will be staff who are clocked in who cannot clock out until the next day, and staff who can’t clock in at all, which might be okay if we were able to access it all the time, but you can only access the clock in and out buttons when you are on a certain Wi-Fi network. So after these “scheduled maintenance” times we have to drive to our work to clock out. If we work on at home projects, we have to have a higher up add those hours in manually, and fix any mistakes that were made due to the plethora of other problems this app has, such as not being able to clock out as mentioned in the previous paragraph. Overall not a great app for businesses to use and will remain so unless they start addressing the multiple issues that cause this app to not function. Best look somewhere else for an easy and accessible way to track employee’s hours.
Nice in theory, Poor execution
I am an in-school tutor and we use this app to log our hours… If it lets us. Desktop version has been great. The phone app not so much. Do you know how many things I have to do before I actually sit down at my desk? Or how many thing I do after I leave the classroom before leaving for the day? A lot. The app is so important for me as an hourly employee, but it’s unreliable. For a week now, there has been no check in or check out button. I have no choice but to use my desktop.
Also, I read the other reviews. I’ve tried emailing the email address you gave them. It said my message was “Undeliverable” because you guys “Only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list“
So please, do not reply with a message that you need more information and provide an email that doesn’t work when I’ve told you everything you need to know. Please just fix it.
