Registering
I cannot register my ring or Bluetooth it. I cannot use that. I only gave it two stars cause I can still use the ring but not with the app.

Hello, this issue has been resolved, you can try again.
Incomplete and very basic app
It doesn't have option to change time from 24hr format. Prayer times are wrongly synced. It doesn't collect all the counting throughout the day.
The error messages are in Chinese even when you select English as the primary language.
It vibrates at off intervals after the initial 99.
Just overall very poorly developed and maintained application.

Barely works
Barely functional app that always loses network connection. Makes the ring useless because you can’t connect it to the app half the time. Customer service never responds
