easy to use and nicely designed app
I recently downloaded the tao rewards app since I am a frequent guest at the tao locations. The application is super user friendly and I have been able to use my rewards without a problem. Earning 5% back definitely adds up if you’re a regular or spending a significant amount at any of the tao properties. Eating out is not cheap but this comes with a nice incentive of $30 off your next visit when you use the app!!
Lunching in Style
Hi! I loved the Mac n cheese with a side of slab bacon (I asked for bacon and they made it happen)! The waiter hasn’t stopped smiling since he greeted me and then he offered me reward points! Sign me up! I didn’t know Lagasea was apart of Tao and other fine dining spots that I enjoyed when I lived in NYC. I look forward to continuing our dining experience but in Miami, closer to my new home. Thanks Lagasea! Keep my waiter… he rocks. I think his name is Anys. Cheers!
Ticket Support
Krista was phenomenal in helping locate my ticket. I thought I had lost my ticket since I could not find it in my folder, turns out I had used a different email than my primary, but she was able to retrieve my ticket within 10 minutes of my inquiry submission. 10/10 customer service!
