Not working for almost 5 months now

I’ve had this app for about 3 years and this summer when I started tanning the app will not open, I mention it to the staff alll of the time and I never get a resolve. I used the app all of the time as I’m an avid tanner. I’ve tried to delete and re-download. Nothing , I open the app and it just goes away without even opening. I will try again to erase and then download again and hopefully that helps! Thanks !
