Talon Aerolytics’ live camera streaming application helps connect subject matter experts (SME) with field teams to increase efficiency and quality, through interactive, realtime communication and documentation. Talonview™ offers live video streaming, two way communication, HD video recording, data tagged high resolution photos, multiple session participants, and SME remote device control from anywhere in the world. Talonview™ allows participants to make annotations and voice recordings on live video and photos. At the completion of each live session, all data is edited and organized on our CCMS for access within 24-hours.

App is not user friendly
Most of the people in my company use the app on a phone. Uploads are usually done at the end of the day as we drive home. I have had videos take all night to upload. Vendor blames our internet. I have used work phone, personal internet, hotspot, client, and random free providers and always have issues.
Now we have a new page and it is so redundant it makes my head hurt. I should not have to scroll through 300 clients that are no longer alphabetical listed as new clients are added. Maybe that is my company being cheap, but alphabetically listed should be a thing. Allowing me to just type in the box would be way more efficient than scrolling to get to the 8 clients at my location versus the 300 across 50 states.
Your update caused an issue
After your most recent update, I am no longer able to que my photos to easily sort through and choose to upload. With so many photos we work through in our close out, this is
devastating. I have tried to report the issue but am unable to, so I will just write it here. I am currently in 2 projects with 1000s of photos to sort and it is a nightmare.
Takes so long to upload
It makes you take one picture at a time and you have to wait for it to upload each time. It should let you keep snapping pictures while it uploads in the background. Also, it will save every picture to your camera roll so be ready for that
