App slow to load or not at all

Frustrating to sit and look at a frozen white screen. Icons at bottom are all that can be seen and they are not functional. The app used to work fine, so whatever “bug fixes” that were made actually made the app “buggy.”

cheaply made and too expensive

The MORE I bought, the MORE I noticed, that the quality of MOST of their clothes,
were VERY CHEAPLY MADE -
NO BETTER THEN FOREVER 21 in most cases - it is SAD that they TRY and pass theirselves off as some TOP NOTCH CLOTHING BRAND, when infact, they are no better then Forever 21 clothing brand ... only a few items at any given time are ever WORTH the price tag they charge - I will only be buying my KEDS from them from now on .. I will be paying off my credit card with them and closing my account- as I CANNOT justify the price tags on most of their clothing to keep it open

Pay pal issues

When you select pay pal a pop up shows up asking you if you want to open this link. When you select yes another pop up says if you don’t see pop up select continue and we will help you launch link. When you hit continue another pop up says switch tabs to reactivate. You wind up in this loop until you hit the back arrow to start over. Very frustrating. It does work on occasion. But not usually.
