I’d love to order and pay ahead but I refuse to add my credit card info to apps like these due to security concerns. Unfortunately there’s no way to use mobile wallets like Apple Pay or Google Pay even though they support both payment methods in store. So it basically reduces the app functionality to a glorified menu and loyalty tracker unless I buy a physical gift card with Apple Pay at the store and then load that into the app, which is way more trouble than I want to go to.

The app is overall pretty easy to navigate, but if you’re ever trying to scan it at the drive through to receive points or use card payments, there always seem to be problems. I’ve tried several times to have them scan my app for payment, but employees will tell me it has to be scanned before ordering and the next day they tell me it has to be scanned after (but it never works if done after the order). I have held up the line for 5 minutes before just because they couldn’t figure it out and I had no other form of payment other then what was on the app. 🤷‍♀️

I recently got a couple of gift cards given to me and didn’t know the balance. I looked at the back of the card to find out what number to call. It instead informed me I had to download this app. That’s a little annoying but whatever. I downloaded the app and at first it looked like I was going to have to create an account but finally I found where to scan the card to get the balance without an account. When I scanned the card it asked me what phone number I wanted the balance sent to. I can’t actually see the balance on the app. This is ridiculous and seems super shady. I wouldn’t doubt if your information is being sold.
