MIA - paid, never received
Like the reviewer above, I ordered and paid for a sweetjar and it never came. It has said "Order processing" for over a week now. I've messaged ByPost, the maker of the Sweetjar app, nothing. I have no product, missed out on sending a friend a cute housewarming present cus I thought this would arrive, and I can't even get my money back cus no one replies. I guess the app is no longer operational, in which case the makers could have done everybody a favour and stopped people from being able to place orders! So annoyed.

Since moving to the USA I miss a lot of the staple sweets I used to eat daily. I order them as gifts for my friends but usually end up eating them myself!! Need a larger jar!!!
No ANSWER!
I made a purchase on October 8th, and hvnt received the jar, NOR ANY ANWER to my emails , msgs on FB, and feedback ! On the app shows ORDER DISPATCHED, for over 2weeks! I would like to have an answer to -where is or when will my order arrive ?!
