The idea of controlling my bed frame from my iPhone sounds great, but this app has some serious glitch. It worked fine at first but now it shows nothing when I open the app. My previous setup is gone. When I click the + button to re-add my frame, all I get is a language selection, nothing else. They need to focus on this app a little more.

I’m in the process of selecting a new adjustable bed. As part of that, I’m looking at the apps for them. Reading through the reviews for Sven’s app, there seems to be consistent problems with a cryptic interface. Also, information that should be onscreen is in a separate manual. The nonsensical onscreen language that’s used in the app only adds to the mess. For example, the app says, “Enter the device controller interface.” I’m guessing that means that you should select your bed from a list.

Your Customer Support people apparently have a successful procedure to get the beds set up. I’m sure that they’ve written it all out. Why don’t you have them redo the screens for this app so that they make sense?

If you don’t think that it’s important enough to fix, calculate the costs of having staff explain things again and again for hours each month. Add that to the cost of losing customers and hopefully, you’ll understand that this is an important issue.

Don’t buy this adjustable base brand if you want to be able to use the features it advertises. This app does not work as everyone else has commented

Wow $2,000 I spend on a semi functional King size Adjustable base top/High end model- downloaded app on iPhone XS and opened just fine. Bluetooth is on and doesn’t find the bed base. Tried changing the search for from max to 1 base and it closed the app unexpectedly and won’t re open . Every time I try to open the app now it just force closes.
WORTHLESS .... I see just 4 weeks ago they fixed their ”bugs” and also did so many other times inUpdates they rolled out.
However this is not fixed and I have tried reinstalling the app and everything and it still just keeps worse closing ....pathetic
