Verification Issues, not mad, just kinda disappointed

I scroll to USA. Then enter my phone number. Click agree for the agreement check at the bottom, then submit. Screen transfers to verification. Says “Send Successfully.” I never receive the code in order to continue with registration. It counts down the seconds until new code is needed, but never sends the code.
