Strack & Van Til 4+

I try to use this app for all the coupons it provides but, every time I try to scroll through the digital coupons, the app kicks me out and no coupons end up getting saved. I want to utilize that app and use the points it gives me but, I’m unable to when the app keeps kicking me out.

I kept getting a “server error” on my moms phone (iPhone SE 2) but it worked on mine (iPhone 11 Pro). Thought that was strange so I tried using the Safari web browser on her phone and it gave me the same exact “server error”. So I compared my Safari Web Browser settings to hers and noticed that I had 2 web content blockers enabled (Crystal Adblock - Block unwanted ads! And Firefox focus privacy browser) and she had none. So I downloaded both those applications and enabled them through the safari settings and it WORKED!! Finally my mother has access to this app that looks like it was designed a made by a lazy high schooler that wanted to just get a passing grade. Terrible app but what choice do I have? And the LAST UPDATE WAS 2 years ago?!?! That’s 2 years too long!! Should be the least 6 or more update within the year.

This App is not easy to navigate. Not user friendly. I signed up in 2018 at the schereville store. App didn’t work On my phone until today. Guess the bug was fixed with a software upgrade. Hammond store on Sibley never asked me or knew about the app. They are always the last to know anything because of the perception of the store being in a transient area. So now it work but Why and how would I want to go through all these pages for savings. I don’t have time for that. It should be electronic coupons where the savings come off at checkout if you just so happened to pick up an item that has savings. Think ahead people and stop thinking like the app is “Indiana made” by an amateur. Put more money into app development and also into your Hammond store. So disrespectful to the community.
