Stockperks 4+

So confused, after I submitted it goes back to the previous step instead of exits out or let me know to input another person if I have any. Since no instructions, I went back same step and info again and again, till the 3rd time I realized that was wrong but don’t know how to exit out, also not sure if you already something to identify I am the owner of my stocks ?

Be prepared for multiple layers of security and text verification to deploy this app but now that I have verified who I am to the app and my broker it seems to work as it should. My perk has been submitted to Princess, and I am awaiting their acknowledgment. I was solicited for this review immediately after submitting my first request so I am not yet certain how the approval part will work but that is a function for Princess, not this app. I’m not sure why The app needs your annual income and gender to perform this simple perk verification but was amazed to see how quickly and accurately it located all my eligible stocks in a large complex portfolio.

This app is terrible. Ten times more difficult to get credit on cruise than when sending direct to cruise line. Rejected my “credentials” over and over even though I verified them with financial institution twice. Takes 2 full business days to get a response each time. When I finally managed to submit a “manual” statement it was rejected because it didn’t show stock holding. It most certainly did if they’d bothered to look at the 2nd page. On 5th attempt, got accepted but now must wait up to 5 days for credit to register with cruise line! This is nothing but a scam to get people to give up on getting their deserved credit. I will be complaining to cruise line directly, since its impossible to talk to Stockperks.
