Can’t Use It Anymore
Ever since getting a new phone, whenever I try to use my badge to open the door, it’ll say my phone is “cooling down” so I have to stand there for 5 mins waiting for the app to be ready or ask someone to open the door for me.
Ugly
My housing complex installed STId readers, and we’re encouraged to use this app to open our gates. The app works well enough to unlock gates, but the app icon and UI design is pretty ugly.
Does that matter? Sure it does. It’s an app I’m going to use 2-3 times a day—and it’s ugly. I don’t like looking at the ugly icon on my main home screen. I hope the developer invests in a graphic artist the rework the icon and UI.
Looks aside, I would give 5 stars if there was an Apple Watch companion app. Then I could go running and still open my housing gates without a phone.
Doesn’t Work Half The Time
My building started using this app to access our doors and elevators. This app doesn’t work half the time. I have to restart my phone and then it works one time. Then it stops working again. Then I have to restart my phone again and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Then the next day again it doesn’t work. It is very frustrating and not usable. I need your help to fix it one time so that it does not keep doing this every day.
