Should be able to run this in the background

The app needs to be constantly open for it to work - instead it should be able to run in background!

Needs background refresh

As others have mentioned years ago, this app needs to be able to run in the background (and connect to the desk) rather than having to open it every time you come to the desk.
Latest update unfortunately did not include this much needed enhancement.

Expected a LOT more for this desk

App needs to be open all the time for it to work. And why is there no way to contact the dev? I should be able to provide feedback outside of iTunes ratings!!
