How To Leave Reviews
I really like the app but I can’t figure out how to leave reviews for cannabis verified purchases. The reviews have been so helpful for my purchases and I’d like to leave my own feedback on purchases that would help new cannabis users like myself. Any response or guidance as to locate writing my own reviews would be great. Thanks
Beautiful concept; doesn’t work still
I’ve been waiting a month for this app to be useful. My store isn’t connected to the app yet, apparently, even though it constantly advertises it on it’s ordering website. I love the additional features in the Filters menu such as “feeling, activities.” I love the way it keeps track of previous orders, even though I think it only starts to record your history after you download the app. Meh…
But if I click on a store that IS connected to the app, it won’t allow me to use any points, it doesn’t even have an area where I’m prompted, as advertised, thus rendering the app completely useless still.
I’ll wait for it to be actually useful because it’s a wonderful concept that enhances the online shopping experience.
*Disappointing Online Shopping Experience
I recently tried the new online shopping system, and I’m extremely disappointed. What used to be a simple, straightforward process has become unnecessarily complicated. The layout is confusing, and it takes way too many steps just to find basic products. Features that should make shopping easier, like filtering and sorting, are buried or glitchy. I also encountered multiple errors while trying to check out, which wasted a lot of my time.
Overall, the new system is frustrating to use, and I really hope they make improvements soon.
