You’ve likely heard about the harms of a sedentary lifestyle and its consequences, but is it really that serious? The answer is yes. A sedentary lifestyle is the 4th leading risk factor for mortality, comparable to smoking. Can you continue to sit while minimising the consequences?

To maximise your productivity, the Pomodoro time management technique will help. Following this technique and the exercises will help you achieve your goals faster, prevent fatigue and burnout, keep your concentration and productivity high, as well as your health and energy levels. By taking control of your time and energy, start tracking your work results. In the long run, you will be able to increase, or at least maintain, your current productivity while reducing your standard workday by hours and adding years to your life through effective exercises, preventing the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle.

We've made some of your wishes and now:
- View your daily, weekly and monthly stats and easily track your progress
- Don't want to do the warm-up this time, but want to keep the ‘pomodoro’ progress going? - You can now skip the warm-up by pressing the button on the main screen or on the warm-up screen
- Made the progress of ‘pomodoro’ more visible and understandable
