Description
SJC Connect is a free resource for residents of St. Johns County, Florida, that enables them to report issues from their mobile devices. Requests are sent directly to St. Johns County staff for processing and review. A tracking number is provided for each service request, and notifications are sent when the status of the request is updated.

Glitching with service requests
I’ll change this when the glitch is fixed; since this is the only available resource for my entire district to request service. I can’t formally even send the photos of the roadways need fixing as recommended by the commissioner at the board meeting.
