Nice to see Club Info

It’s great that this app provides Club info and registrations and not just the Team schedule/chat. I just registered my kid for his team quickly via the App and then also was able to access recent Club updates as well. Also, it’s very quick and easy to click through to Team Schedules and to see RSVPs and Team Chats.

Unfortunately have to use

I really wish sprocket sports would do some deep programming to fix a lot of of the bugs. Actually, I should make that singular, bug. I have used several different platforms due to many different sport teams, and I have to say as far as the set up and user friendly format makes me love Sprocket Sports. However, I do not like the fact, and it frustrates me beyond belief, is that often it will freeze up and I can’t do anything on it. It happens often and it’s Frustrating to have to wait for over an hour. It’s not my phone, it has nothing to do with my phone, I am 100% positive of that. It’s Sprocket Sports, so please Sprocket Sports keep everything about you but just tighten up the programming so it stops freezing up.

Horrible

This is a horrible app to use with your teams. Notifications have once again stopped coming through. I previously reviewed the app and even sent feedback and nothing has changed. Still the same frustrations. If our club wasn’t forcing us to use this app I would be using that actually worked. I’m better off using texts to communicate at this point.

I originally sent support an email in July with detailed feedback and steps to reproduce. I had to follow up in August because I didn’t hear back from them. Then in September they followed up with me only to say issues have been fixed and feedback was going to be shared internally.

Cannot wait to get off this app or switch clubs to stop using this garbage.

Hey there - thanks for using our app! Parents can swipe left on a direct message threads to delete them from their message inbox. They can also long-press on a specific message they've written to delete it from a thread. Note, you can't delete All Team Chat or Staff Message threads. Staff members with the appropriate permissions can also delete specific messages from within a thread.
