UI is bad; customer service is mostly good

UPDATE:
The third customer service rep I spoke to resolved my free bets issue (see below) and was otherwise very helpful. I'm sticking with MGM because it offers more betting options and its UI (both on app and online) is about 10 billion times better htan SI's. But I hold no grudges and appreciate SI's prompt payout of my winnings!

The app feels and works like something from the early 2000s; and when you contact customer service with questions about why you haven't received the first-deposit bonus you are owed, they will find creative ways of not answering your question. I deeply regret getting involved with SI Sportsbook. I will consider changing this review if/when I receive the free bets I am owed.

DO NOT DO DEPOSIT MATCH - DO NOT DOWNLOAD

They claim they will match your first deposit up to $100. The only way you can actually have access to the $100 is if you empty your funds in bets… you can wager $100 worth of bets and if you win and have cash still you still can’t use the bonus fund. They make you empty your clip first and then give you access. The bonus fund bets also have to $25 or less at -200 odds or greater. If you use more than $25 of bonus funds on a bet only $25 worth goes towards the bonus bet requirement of betting all $100 at -200 or greater odds. So if you wagered $100 and won then all of those winnings would be in bonus funds and you would still need to wager $75 of bonus funds to get access to the winnings as cash. So if you won on your cash bets that you place to get access to the bonus funds then you’d have to re-bet all of that again to get access to the $75 in bonus funds you still need to bet…. It’s terribly explained in the terms and conditions. I won my money on them and pulled it all out because this app is aweful.

The Sportsbook is also very glitchy even with updates on an iPhone 15. I get kicked out of app regularly because it thinks I have a “jailbroken” iPhone. I’ve used almost every Sportsbook and this has been the worst experience by far. Go use DK, MGM, Fan Duel or whoever else. This Sportsbook has no future.

Horrible Sportsbook - They Will Steal Your Money

First of all, the app is horrible and there aren’t many betting options. Much worse than that, their customer service is awful. I deposited $1000 with the intention of betting on an NFL future. They only approved me for $50. Their CS said I was not able to bet more than that, so I requested to withdraw the remaining $950. A week later, still awaiting process, I escalated to their operations team and they said I wasn’t allowed to withdraw the money, I explained the situation that I wasn’t allowed to bet it on what I wanted. They agreed to refund the $950 and close my account. They said it would take 48 hours to process. That was a week ago, still not approved. I have been emailing their CS Ops team politely requesting an update for days and there has been no communication. They are holding my money hostage. When I asked CS chat about it, this guy named Vlad gave me attitude about it, saying they got my emails… and that it takes 72 hours for them to respond… he was giving me a really snarky tone. Do not recommend unless you want to get screwed around with bad customer service, long wait times, few betting options, & bad UI
