DO NOT USE - Significantly Delays Order
I’ve been going to and ordering from Spices for almost 20 years, and decided to give this app a try. Normally orders that I phoned in have always been prepared very quickly (often in less than 20 minutes when they are not too busy), but with the app I have twice found that there has been a nearly 20 minute lag between the time I submitted the order and the time the order was even transmitted to the restaurant. As a result, using the app has essentially doubled the amount of time it takes for my order to be ready versus placing an order by phone. I won’t be using this app again, and would suggest that others avoid it too.
Worthless- use the restaurant website instead
First, as I was completing my order for later delivery a pop up appears saying I’m too close to my delivery time ... and it kicks me out, deleting my order and forcing me to start over. Why not just let me change the delivery time? Second, I’m trying to pay with an AmEx and it only allows three digits to be entered for the CVV, and to add insult to injury, a pop up appears saying I need to enter 4 digits. This app is the opposite of useful.
