Not bad product.
Clear and pretty graphics. But slow to load and get to start page. I like it so far. But if the advertisements get any more invasive I will delete it. The last straw was asking me for my credit card and address. Too much.
Ok….I guess….
The speed test appears to be functioning correctly, however, I’m not sure it’s accurate. I ran the speed test, then immediately had my cable/internet company run one also. The cable co. Says my download speeds are better than what speed test says they are, by about almost 100 Mbps. The upload speeds are within 2-3 mbps of one another. So, I’m not sure which one is correct.
Your service ?
Your service is incompetent ! My internet keeps freezing for minutes at a time and your results are my internet is Fast ????? . I thought I need new equipment but you clearly need to upgrade you hardware so not sure why anyone would trust your opinion since your can’t diagnose failures or give accurate readings !
