Description
Remember anything. Forever.
Start by creating your own cards for what you want to remember. Ukulele chords, mathematics, or your friends’ birthdays. Question on the front and answer on the back.
Then once a day the app prepares a test for you. You decide which cards you got right, and which you need to practice more.
Cards start at level one. Cards you get right are moved up one level. Cards in higher levels are reviewed less frequently. This makes it possible to remember anything. Forever.
What’s New
Version 1.4.5
Fixes an issue where selecting multiple cards did not work on some devices.
Ratings and Reviews
Splendid
After trying many flashcard and spaced repetition apps I can say it's the one I have looked for.
Very easy-to-use and u can add pictures too.
Thank you for the efforts u have put into it.
But I have one recommendation about it if u could fix it in later updates which is to trying the test at will (Not one-time only in 24 hours)
That way we would be able to practice more and more.
Very promising
This is one of the best spaced repetition apps out there and I’m very excited about it!!! However I still have some complaints because these things are really bothering me. With these resolved I would be recommending this app to anyone and everyone.
1. You can’t edit flashcards while you’re practicing the flashcards. This is frustrating because I like to make tweaks in the moment as I notice errors.
2. I wish I could search the whole database of cards to see which flashcards I have around a certain keyword/topic.
3. It’s also hard to edit flashcards without a search function because it’s hard to locate the right cards. It’s also hard to edit cards because the text become un-editable like a photo, and there’s no “clear the flashcard” function that makes it white again so I can just retype everything.
Developer Response ,
I’m glad you like the app, and excited that you are excited! I have limited time to continue developing the app, and I want to make some improvements to make it easier to understand (especially for people new to spaced repetition). So I can’t make any promises about your suggestions.
That said I agree with all of them. Here are some of my thoughts.
1. I also find mistakes in my cards while reviewing and want to edit them. I do worry that some might find an edit button distracting. I’m considering a design compromise where you have easy access to edit the cards from the “All Done” screen. If you want you could send me an email and I’ll include you in the beta when it’s ready.
2. I have been going back and forth on different ideas of decks and tags. Again I’m worried that it would complicate the app. But your suggestion of a search function might be the perfect solution. Decks/tags could be created by adding a word to the cards, and then searching for the word. Saved searches could be a cherry on top.
3. One thing I’m working on, and hope to release soon, is quicker navigation between cards. Similar to how the Photos app works. This should hopefully make it easier to find the cards to edit. And as you said the cards are currently saved as images. I want to save them as PDFs instead to allow you to change the text and move images when editing. So that’s something to look forward to. For now the closest I can think of as a workaround for clearing the card is to draw with white all over it, save, and then edit it again. Which is too cumbersome.
It makes me really happy that you find the app useful. Feel free to send me more suggestions or complaints by email. I’d also be happy to send you the next beta to get your feedback. You can find my email by scrolling down in the app (suggesting this since I don’t think you can copy it from here carlolof@johanneswarn.com).

Great start!
Finally a spaced repetition app that doesn't look ugly nor outdated! Now it just needs iCloud sync and I would seriously consider replacing a competitor's SRS with this. Adding iPadOS' new native support for three finger tap to undo would make hand drawn cards with the Apple Pencil much nicer too. I look forward to seeing how this improves over time...
Developer Response ,
Thank you :)
iCloud sync is in my long term planning, and undo gestures in my short term fixes. Cannot make any promises about when either will be implemented as it depends on how much time I can steal for this side project.
