Raw Bar Key West Did not honor Birthday gift

On 1-29-2018 I presented my free entree birthday certificate and the Raw bar refused to honor it. Been dining there 10 years and the manager refused to make an adjustment to my bill. After making a scene and basically ruining the evening, she took $8 off my bill. This after being a loyal local customer for 10+ years. The app works fine, but some folks don’t need to be managers. $17 more dollars off would have made the evening fun, avoided bad reviews at the app store, facebook, google, BBB and tripadvisor.
Sorry Pat Croce, won’t be visiting any of your 6 places in Key West.
