Excellent for those of South Asian descent, aka, Desis

As a South Asian one faces a lot more friction and uphill battle in fat loss and body recomposition. So far in my experience, even the causes were not explored let alone solutions, so far in the “fitness industry” on why desis struggle so much more. The industry catered mostly to a western/Caucasian genetics and culture. All that changed with Coach Gurneet and his SAS app. He is able to not only correctly nail down the causes (too long to explain, but long story short, our geography and evolution played a huge part ) of being “skinny fat”, he’s also structured a diet plan that’s the softest landing to “eating healthy” that you can find today. All other programs push us desis towards a “bland chicken and steamed broccoli” and such types of diets that cater to a primarily western culture and upbringing. That factor alone is a winner for us who would prefer a more relatable (and sustainable) food program. But it doesn’t end there, this program also comes with a comprehensive workout plan and the best part - a WhatsApp group community that helps inspires and encourages each other. If you are a desi and have been struggling with fat loss especially being pot bellied or even if being “too skinny” and need to get jacked , in either case this program has customizations that can help. Give them a try, I’m certain you won’t be disappointed.

Effective program, meaningful results

Have always been focused on my health, but now really trying to take it to the next level this past year. The program based on what works for South Asian has been quite helpful - at 45 y/o, I am at the peak level in my fitness journey, matching or beating what I did in my 20s. What I like:
*The program is efficient - 3 days per week (with walking on rest days), vs 4 or 5 days of working out which can be hard
*The app is very good - because you can track your progress weekly, plus each exercise has embedded video links on form/technique
*The Coach and community are available 24x7 for support, tips, and progress checks

Changed my life 😎

I grew up very skinny with terrible body composition. In high school, I developed manboobs and focused entirely on my academics. My physique became awful, soft, and trim. I tried doing the 5x5 program in high school, followed by other programs on and off in college. I never saw decent progress and was quickly overshadowed by my other friends. This dropped my confidence immensely, and I accepted it as fate.

I found Gurneet through Instagram. Just a few months on Gurneet's program has completely changed my life. I'm no longer insulin resistant and have an excellent Phase 1 lean physique ready for the muscle-building phase. His methods are very beneficial.

I'd recommend his program to anyone with similar struggles...
